” 4D International Journal was launched on 7.8.2011 at the Skyline Institute of Engg. & Technology,Greater Noida, India. It was inaugurated by the Director Dr. Shakti Praksh. The Chief Editor, Prof. Ashok K. Sinha explained the high lights of the journal and answered various queries of the present guests. Message from the Editor Prof. Nisha Singh was read on her behalf. associate Editors, Dr. Saroj Dash, Dr. D.M. Mahapatra and Dr. Devendra Singh also explained the various aspects of programs and the forthcoming issues.
It was decided that the second issue of 4dijms will cover Engineering and Science Research papers also. Further, it was announced that the next program would include one International Conference at the same venue. Skyline Institute has offered collaboration to this effect.”
