CHIEF EDITOR’S COLUMN Education without research and development becomes meaningless to the community. It is more when we are coming closer globally. Global educational sharing is the call of the day. We feel highly motivated by the positive response from contributors and likeminded educational fraternity showing their deep interest in bring this first issue of our bi-annual research journal.The 4D International Journal of Management and Science (4DIJMS) is published by 4D Cross Connect is a quality research journal that is published from USA and India (www.4dcrossconnect.com). The journal endeavors to provide forums for academicians and practitioners who are interested in the discussion of current and future issues and challenges impacting the globe as well as promoting and disseminating relevant, high quality research in the field of management. The journal aims to establish and of publishing quality research findings from researchers not only in the American and Indian region but also globally. We will feel more encouraged on hearing from you and your valuable suggestions on further improving our journal. Prof. Ashok Sinha Chief editor		EDITOR’S COLUMN With great pleasure I am presenting this first issue of Research Journal. We had an overwhelming response from teaching faculty from various regions. Out of what we received and based on double blind review ,14 papers were selected for publication.This issue depicts various areas of management highlighting latest management issues. I am more than confident that interested students and research scholars as well as teaching fraternity would find it very useful. I am greatly thankful to all the contributors for submitting their research papers. I do look forward to a similar response for our coming December ,2011,issue.I am thankful to our Associate editors, Dr. D.M. Mahapatra, Dr. Saroj Das and Dr. Devendra Singh.
